The New Jersey Healthcare Executive Leadership Academy is a joint initiative to build stronger leadership among physicians and executives from hospitals, post-acute providers and health plans.

 

The program was developed by the Medical Society of New Jersey, the New Jersey Association of Health Plans and the New Jersey Hospital Association. These professional organizations, representing the three pillars of healthcare in New Jersey, believe that developing cross disciplinary, collaborative leadership within each sector will resolve the most pressing healthcare issues in our state.

 

Our program will invest in the individual development of those leading our healthcare organizations in New Jersey.
